3.1 – The Booking Assistant
The selected Booking Assistant offer gives the customer a credit of assistance hours, enabling them to entrust Resadexa with a wide range of organisational, coordination and research tasks.
Types of tasks that may be handled include in particular:
- identifying solutions tailored to a specific need expressed by the customer,
- preparing and tracking bookings of any kind,
- coordinating travel, stays, appointments, events or routine administrative procedures,
- sourcing and recommending suitable providers for a given situation,
- reaching out to or following up with third-party contacts on the customer's behalf,
- finding alternative solutions in the event of an unexpected issue or difficulty arising during a task,
- preparing options for the customer's review and approval before any commitment is made.
The Booking Assistant service does not cover areas falling within regulated professions and does not take on the material execution of tasks entrusted to third parties. Resadexa reserves the right to decline any request that is unlawful, dangerous, disproportionate, contrary to public decency or manifestly outside the normal scope of the service.
Hours are deducted based on the time actually spent by the Resadexa team on processing, follow-up, coordination and communications related to each request.
3.2 – The Magazine
The Magazine subscription provides access to a digital publication issued every week by Resadexa, under its own editorial direction.
This service operates entirely independently from the Booking Assistant: it includes no assistance hours, does not add to the hourly balance of an active Booking Assistant offer, and may be taken out separately or alongside it.
Magazine content may include curated selections, recommendations, practical information, inspiration, thematic features and any other subject falling within Resadexa's editorial scope.
