Resadexa offers its services in the form of online subscriptions.
The subscription process involves the following steps:
Access to the service is granted upon validation, in accordance with the conditions of the chosen offer.
2.1 – One-off Hourly Packs
The following hourly packs are one-off purchases, charged once with no trial and no automatic renewal:
2.2 – Unlimited Plan
The Unlimited plan starts with a three (3)-day trial charged at £0.01. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it continues at £69.99 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.
2.3 – Magazine
The digital Magazine subscription costs up to £7.60 per month. Billing begins seven (7) days after subscription and renews automatically until cancelled.
Prices include applicable VAT (VAT registration number 452744584).
Each subscription is billed at the rate accepted by the customer at the time of subscription and according to the billing frequency applicable to the chosen plan.
All charges are made in pounds (£) inclusive of applicable taxes.
Invoices and payment receipts are available in the customer's personal space or can be sent upon request to the customer service team.
Unless cancelled within the applicable timeframe, all Resadexa subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, in accordance with the frequency applicable to the subscribed plan.
This automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to the service. Customers can manage their subscriptions from their personal space or by contacting the customer service team.
Valid payment details are required for any subscription. They are used exclusively for transactions relating to the customer's subscriptions.
In the event of a card change or expiry of registered payment details, customers are encouraged to update their payment information from their personal space to avoid any interruption to their service.
Resadexa does not store complete banking details. Payment information is handled by a specialised provider in compliance with applicable security standards.
Payments are made by credit or debit card via the secure payment solution integrated into the website.
All transactions are denominated in pounds (£) inclusive of applicable taxes, and are processed in accordance with applicable security protocols, including PCI DSS compliance.
In the event of a payment failure — expired card, bank rejection, insufficient funds or any other reason — Resadexa reserves the right to notify the customer and suspend access to the affected service pending resolution.
If payment details are not updated within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the suspension may remain in place until the outstanding amounts are fully settled.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, in accordance with the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, the Cancellation Terms available on the website.
Cancellation takes effect under the conditions set out in those documents.
Refunds are processed in the cases provided for by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Cancellation Terms or applicable law.
All requests must be submitted via the website chat or by email to contact@resadexa.com. Where a refund is approved, it is returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless technically impossible.
Resadexa may update its pricing and billing terms in response to changes in its services, market conditions or applicable regulatory requirements.
Any change affecting an active subscription will be communicated to the customer in advance, under the conditions set out in the applicable contractual documents.
Resadexa implements appropriate technical measures to protect payment data transmitted during each transaction.
Payments are routed through encrypted protocols and processed by PCI DSS-certified technical providers, ensuring a level of security consistent with industry standards.
